3. Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises to maintain the health and safety of our animals. The only exception to this policy is for guests who have rented a party room, in which case food and beverages are allowed only in the designated party room area.

4. Animal Respect and Behavior: All guests are expected to respect the animals and behave in an appropriate manner while on site. This includes not tapping on glass enclosures, disallowed feeding of animals, or making loud noises that may distress the animals. Any guest who fails to comply with these expectations may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.

5. Code of Conduct: All visitors must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a safe and enjoyable environment for all. This includes behaving in a courteous manner towards zoo staff and other guests, refraining from any form of harassment or disruptive behavior, and following all posted signs and instructions from zoo staff.

6. Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children while on zoo premises.

7. Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited on zoo premises: illegal substances, and any items deemed dangerous or disruptive by zoo staff.

8. Right to Refuse Service: Twin Falls Zoological Center reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the premises at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

4. Inclement Weather: 

   – In the event of inclement weather, Twin Falls Zoological Center will remain open unless otherwise specified. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions; however, visitors may choose to reschedule their visit for a later date at no additional charge, subject to availability.

5. Memberships: 

   – Membership fees are nonrefundable. Memberships provide access to the zoo for a specified time period and are designed to support our ongoing conservation efforts.
